How Intake works

Vektr reads new emails every few minutes, pulls out each job, screens it against your profile, finds the job description, and evaluates the promising ones. Most are done within an hour.

No listing is ever silently dropped: every one lands in one of the tabs with the reason. Vektr keeps the listings it finds, not the email itself: the email text is deleted once it has been read, and your own mailbox keeps the original. Your forwarding address and setup are in .

Manual lookup

  1. Open the listing and look for the employer's own posting: its careers site or hiring system (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever and the like), rather than copies on sites such as Lensa or PostJobFree.
  2. Did you find it?

Lenses: how demanding should Vektr be?

A lens changes how strictly Vektr judges pay, commute, company size, and your odds. The AI's assessment of each role stays the same; only the scoring changes, instantly.

Every list uses the lens you select here. When viewing a single role, you can apply a different lens in real time under Score breakdown to see what changes; closing the role returns it to your default.

Where should it go?

Why not this one?
